Whenever you have problems ordering furniture from our website or Walmart, we hope you can contact the channel where you ordered directly and get a refund.

Refund policy

There is a 30 DAY replacement/ refund guarantee on all products. In order to return an item, it must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. In addition, it must be properly packed.

In case you need to return or exchange your product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it. You will receive a replacement or refund once we confirm your purchase.
It may take up to 14 business days for us to process returns after they are received. Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Refund process

Step 1: Apply
Within 14 days of receiving the item, if the item does not fit you or is not exactly as described on our website, you can request a RETURN or EXCHANGE by emailing service@jonpony.com. Clearly state the reason for the return and provide photos. Include the Order Number and the Item Code(s) to be returned, along with a detailed explanation and photographs.

Step 2: Check
After your request has been approved, our customer service will give you the return address (not the location address or the parcel address). The item should be returned as soon as possible to the return address with the tracking number provided.

Step 3: Return
We will inspect all returned items. When we confirm that the product has the problems you mentioned, we will reship the right one or refund you.

If you encounter any problem not stated above, please send an e-mail containing an explanation and photographs stating the issue within 14 days of receiving the package.

How to cancellation

Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 working days of placing it. You will receive a full refund if you cancel your order within 1-2 working days.
It is possible to cancel an order if the consumer cancels it before the delivery time and within the specified time period.

Cancel unpaid orders

If your order is not paid for, you can easily cancel it yourself.

Cancel paid orders

Unfortunately, the order has been processed and/or shipped. It can still be canceled, but a service fee may be charged.

We will dispatch your order within 1-2 working days of placing the order. If you cancel your order within 1-2 working days, you will receive a full refund.

Defective/ Damaged/ Mis-shipped items

Items you receive from us can be returned or exchanged if they are defective, damaged or lost.
In the event your item was damaged in shipping, you should include "Proof of damage" documentation in your return package from your delivery company, which should be included with your return.

How to refund

Upon receiving your package, your products will be examined and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. You will receive a refund receipt via email at the address you provided when you made your original purchase.

Without notifying our customer service, our quality department will consider the returned item non-refundable.

Late/ Missing refunds

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. You will receive a refund within 7-10 business days of returning the item or cancelling your order if you paid by credit or debit card.
If you have not received a refund, you can take the following steps:

  • Check your bank or PayPal balance again (transaction may be delayed).
  • Contact your bank/credit card company (refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to process, depending on your credit card company's policy).

Shipping cost & Relisting fee

To return your product, you should mail your product to service@jonpony.com. Email us with your order number for more information.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Generally, if there is no quality problem with the product, the reason is the customer's personal preference, such as dislike, choosing the wrong color, choosing the wrong size...
  • Unless otherwise stated, we are responsible for the return shipping costs. If an item is damaged/defective/misplaced/wrong/missing.
  • We do not charge relisting fee.
