The quality of the chair is good, but I wish there were more customization options. It only comes in black and one size. Offering multiple colors and sizes would really improve the customer experience.

Like that this recliner doesn't tip over even when I lean back deeply, and the heating function doesn't get too hot. So it's safe for anyone to use. It would be nice if the product had some kind of safety certification, though.

It was surprisingly easy to assemble. However, it is quite large, which made it difficult to carry it upstairs to my home theater. Having help with delivery would have made the installation process much smoother.
